how can I be sure that the mileage of the motorcycle is real. I want to buy the Suzuki 1400 s83 2005 with 165 miles or the other is with 8500 miles. I've heard the Honda Rebel is a great starter bike. I'm looking for something to ride around town, commute to work (2 miles in a very small town), etc. Not for touring. I've just come to realize that regardless of the number of miles on a motorcycle, cruisers and touring motorcycles are far more likely to get sold in excellent condition with no damage from any lay-downs than sport motorcycles.
