Resolved Question: Trying to identify a Harley motorcycle gas tank.?

I was trying to figure out what year & model this gas tank is from. I'm not entirely sure it's a Harley at all. It's a very large, fat red tank with 2 holes at the top center & a 6" by 7" flat panel just below. The border is gold pinstripes & the sticker is a long wing that says "Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles" in a circle icon & an eagles head at the front. From the size I would guess it's definately a touring bike & if the emblem tells me anything, I'd guess late 70s to early 80s. Please help!... Read More »
