Resolved Question: Retro V-twin motorcycle?

I'm thinking to change from 2 stroke to 4 stroke. After some reading maybe a V-twin around 40-50hp, should be sufficient for my daily cruise around the town, and sometimes touring for about 1500 miles. An end shaft should be good as I'm tired of oiling the dried chains, and retro style is my personal taste. Oh and the tag should be less than $5000. Any suggestions?
